Ralph Laurens advertising on their clothes is usually done on a white background. This is because it makes the colours look even more vibrant than they actually are. By doing this, they are attracting people to buying the clothes just by having a good photo shoot. For the photo shoot, the picture would have been taken in preferably a light studio with tools such as:

·       A beauty dish

·       Soft boxes (with measurable flash)

·       Good quality camera with flash

·       Reflectors

 

This equipment makes sure that you get a good quality photo, without there being shadows on the model face features or clothes.

With this photo, it is shot on a black background with a soft box behind the model. This is to show effect to the picture and to make it stand out abit more than what an ordinary black background picture would. A soft box is used in this picture preferably with a beauty dish to highlight the models face so that it attracts buyers into purchasing this clothing.

I would like to have these 3 shoots done by Tuesday the 16th December because this is the day before we finish for christmas. By having the shoots done by this date it gives me a day after to edit the photos and correct them in the right way.
